4 fresh salmon fillets with skin
1/3 cup  Soy Sauce or Ponzi sauce ( Ponzi chili, Citrus seasoned Ponzu sauce)
salt and pepper to taste
dill to taste (dill) chopped
1/4 yellow lemon (juice)

  • In a wide plate, the fillets of salmon are arranged, they have put a little salt coarsely.
  • Add fresh pepper to taste.
  • Add the chopped dill and the Ponzu sauce.
  • Turn them over so they are well covered with the mixture.
