I want to present 3 options of homemade pasta recipes that require very few ingredients and everyone can prepare in a very short time.

  • 1/2 kilo of macaroni
  • 2 sausages
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 onion.
  • 150 grams of grated cheese.
  • Oregano.
  •  


preparation:


Put water to boil in a pot. Once it boils, add a teaspoon of salt and the macaroni. Let them cook.

Cut the sausages into slices and place them in a pan over low heat until they release the fat.

Take the onion and garlic cut into the pan and cook all together, take the opportunity to flavor the oregano to your liking and that of your loved ones.

When everything is ready, add the macaroni to the pan by mixing all the ingredients very well with a wooden spoon. Add half the cheese, and voila! To enjoy!

Cook the pasta for 8 minutes or until you see it is cooked.
Beat the eggs with the cream and season with salt and pepper.
Place the pasta in a pan.
Add the egg mixture and half of the cheese. Mix well and constantly. Get ready for serving!

Ingredients:




  • Short pasta (the one of your choice)
  • 2 cups of peas.
  • 2 cups of chicken cut into cubes.
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper. 


preparation:


Mix in a bowl the pasta, peas, and ham, refrigerate for 20 minutes.
In a small container add olive oil, lemon juice, basil, salt and pepper to your liking.
Add to the salad and mix.
Serve cold and enjoy it on the beach with your family.
