How many times, when we got home after a long day at work, we collapsed looking at our fridge without knowing what to do for dinner. 
We have the low minimum ingenuity and we believe that our only option is the usual alternatives: a salad of lettuce and tomato, anything out of a boat or the feared  fast food  that leaves our good purposes on the floor, however with a few ingredients and these recipes will not return to dinner unappetizing or unhealthy because they are recipes that are made fast and are delicious.

   Quick Healthy Dinner - Salad With Yogurt Sauce

   A quick and delicious dinner:

Ingredients:


  1. cucumber
  2. red onion
  3. baby spinach
  4. some coriander 
  5. and green beans or some edamame.


 For the sauce? Nothing too far fetched: a natural Greek yogurt (without sugar) or a creamy soy yogurt without sugar to which we will mix two tablespoons of lemon and some fresh dill. Delicious!


Pea cream

This cream is richer with natural peas but those that come in canned serve perfectly or frozen. For every 200 grams of peas, you will need a shallot and 1 potato, in addition to (approximately) a cup not very full of broth. In the bottom of the pot, a little oil where we will brown the shallot, once it is transparent, you put all the ingredients and wait for the potato to be made, once it is made to beat everything!

If you want to give the differential touch you can, meanwhile, make an egg poached in another pot with boiling water (or in the microwave) and serve together with some mint leaves and pepper medley.

Instructions:

We put everything in a dish that can go to the microwave and add two tablespoons of water. 
We cover with transparent film and make a couple of holes. 

We put the dish in the microwave for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, we cook the grilled chicken breasts and, when ready, chop them and add them to the source with the cooked vegetables.


Finally, season with salt, garlic powder or with a small dash of soy sauce and mix everything.

Instructions:
