500 grams of penne pasta

2 cups cheddar cheese

6 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 piece of chopped onion

6 tablespoons flour

1 tablespoon mustard

1 cup whole milk

1 tablespoon chopped thyme

1 cup mozzarella cheese

1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tablespoon tabasco sauce

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

 Preparation of Baked Pasta 

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Prepare with a little oil in a baking pan.

In a large pot, melt the butter and brown the onion for 4 minutes.

Add mustard and milk and mix with a balloon whisk.

Add the thyme and salt and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add the cheeses and continue mixing while they melt. Add the Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce.

In a large pot with boiling water, cook the pasta until it is ready.

Add the pasta to the cheese sauce and mix well.

Put the pasta in the baking pan and season with salt and pepper.

Cover with Parmesan cheese and bake for 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and serve.
