Pasta Salad With Fresh Mozzarella And Tomatoes
Pasta salad is an easy, nutritious, fresh and exquisite salad, and they can also be varied indefinitely. You can make pasta with pesto, chicken, salmon, cheese and ham, bacon, feta, and sun-dried tomatoes or tuna. Which pasta salad is your favorite?

- 200 gm of macaroni pasta
- 1 piece of fresh mozzarella(50gm)
- 10 fresh tomato (cherry tomato)
- freshly peppermint
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- half teaspoon salt
- lemon juice (optional)
- salt pepper
Cook pasta in salted water as directed on the package(10minut). Turn off the water. Cool the paste with water.
Cut tomato, mozzarella into small pieces and mix with the pasta. wash the peppermint and cut a few leaves.
Season with salt pepper and drizzle over a little olive oil just before serving.
