HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN CURRY  RECIPE

The chicken curry is a typical recipe of Southeast Asia. It made with curry spices (turmeric, pepper, coriander, mace, ginger, cardamom, clove, cinnamon, cayenne, and anise) and with cream. The curry, you can do it yourself or you can buy it already done. 


Making this recipe does not take more than 15 minutes. 


The ingredients to make chicken curry are:

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE A CHICKEN CURRY FOR 4 PEOPLE: 

  • 4 chicken breasts

  • 2 medium onions

  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • 5 tablespoons fried tomato (tomato sauce)

  • two spoonfuls of curry

  • 400ml of cream for cooking

  • Parsley to sprinkle on top

  • Olive oil

  • Salt and black pepper

RECIPE OF CHICKEN WITH CURRY;
1.- put to heat in a pan, a drizzle of oil over medium heat. When it is hot, add the onion and chopped garlic. We pepper and let cook, while we remove it from time to time, about 5 minutes


2.- After the time, add the tomato and curry. You can also add a chili pepper or chili pepper (if you want it to bite). We remove and let cook a couple more minutes
3.- It is the turn to add the chicken. We raise the strength of the fire a little and add it cut into bite-size pieces.We pepper and seal the chicken briefly while mixing it with the rest of the ingredients.

4.- When the chicken is sealed on the outside, add the cream and stir well. We will see that the cream is turning yellow. 
Let reduce 5 minutes more, over low heat and ready to serve! You can sprinkle with a little-chopped parsley, to give it color.
